I start by clarifying where the portraits will possibly be used and what they must communicate—authority, warmth, approachability, or edge—so every decision on set supports that outcome.

  1. On-set psychology that lowers anxiety. I guide clients with calm, precise direction and micro-adjustments (posture, chin, shoulders, hands), creating an easy feedback loop that builds confidence and produces natural expressions.

  2. You don’t leave without a photo you love. We review images live, iterate poses and lighting, and refine until you are genuinely satisfied. No one leaves the set without a “hero” portrait they’re happy to use.

  3. Hundreds of sitters, repeatable results. Having photographed hundreds of professionals across industries, I recognise patterns quickly and translate them into a smooth, efficient session with a high hit rate.

  4. Brand-aligned, timeless style. Clean, modern lighting and composition designed to look current without chasing trends—so the portraits stay relevant longer.

  5. Four-year usability on average. My portraits typically serve clients for about four years before a refresh is advisable (role change, rebrand, or significant style shift).

  6. Preparation that pays off. Before the shoot: brief questionnaire, wardrobe and grooming guidance, background and framing aligned to your brand system.

  7. Guided expression work. Short prompts and role-based cues (e.g., “decisive,” “welcoming,” “visionary”) to capture a range of expressions—serious, soft smile, confident smile—so you can choose per context.

  8. Consistency for teams. Unified lighting, perspective, and crop logic across departments and locations, so your leadership page and pitch decks look cohesive.

  9. Retouching with integrity. Subtle, professional retouching that respects real skin texture and preserves authenticity while meeting executive expectations.

  10. Future-proof deliverables. Crops for square, vertical, and horizontal use; ample negative space for layouts; print-ready and web-optimised files for frictionless deployment.

How Do You See The Session?

Choose One Scenario.

  • In the “Headshot / High-Volume Day” package, we photograph up to 60 people in a single day. The price includes 60 retouched portraits (one per person), with standard editing, ideal for company-wide headshots on a single setup.

  • In the “Executive / Premium Portrait Day” package, we photograph up to 15 people in a single day; the price includes up to 45 retouched portraits (e.g., three per person for 15 people). Each subject gets a longer time slot, a premium look, and we can shoot across multiple setups.

  • In the “Company Story / Brand Day” package, we focus on spaces, processes, and teamwork to tell your brand's narrative. The day includes a minimum of 150 images with editing—this session isn’t headcount-driven.
